This is program is perfect for those who leave their computer running all the time... How to Get Started First, you will need a Username. Click here to see if the username you would like to use is available. If, for example, "johndoe" is not available, try "john_doe" or "JohnDoe" or even "John_Doe". Downloading f@h Second, you will need to download and install the folding@home program. Choose the version of Windows, Mac OS X or Linux (and even PlayStation3) you use:  Windows 98/ME...

Speeding up f@h Forth, f@h is automatically set to run at low speeds to allow you to use your computer like you did before you installed the program.
