to Get StartedFirst, you will need a Username. Click here to see if the username you would like to use is available. If, for example, "johndoe" is not available, try "john_doe" or "JohnDoe" or even "John_Doe". Downloading f@h Second, you will need to download and install the folding@home program. Choose the version of Windows, Mac OS X or Linux (and even PlayStation3) you use: Windows 98/ME... Click here Windows 2000... Click here Windows XP... Click here Windows Vista... Click here Windows 7... Click here Mac OS X (10.5+ Intel)... Click here Mac OS X (10.4+ Intel)... Click here Mac OS X (10.4 PPC)... Click here Linux... Click here PlayStation 3... Click here Folding for Team Dixie Tech Guy Third, after your installation is complete, you can enter your User Name and enter in our Team Number (147183). Speeding up f@h Forth, f@h is automatically set to run at low speeds to allow you to use your computer like you did before you installed the program. But if your computer can handle more, you can simply change the settings to fold more projects called "Work Units" (WU). Help?
