4) All hard drives have 10GB or more of drive space available;
5) Make sure all the CD / DVD-ROM's are working;
6) Make sure all the empty back slots for add-on cards have covers;
7) All internal cards are seated securely
8) Clean out the inside of the PC of dust;

Start Up
9) Make sure computer starts up without any errors;
